Allen Moye
Equine Steward
Born and raised in South Florida, he’s always had a deep connection to both the ocean and the outdoors. Summers spent fishing and diving in the Florida Keys gave him a lifelong appreciation for the healing power of the water—something that aligns beautifully with the mission of Saddle and Sea.
For the past eight years, he’s proudly served the City of West Palm Beach as a Firefighter, Paramedic, Technical Rescue Operator, and Hazmat Technician. Through that work, he’s seen firsthand the physical and emotional toll the profession can take. That’s why he’s so passionate about creating space for first responders to recover, reset, and reconnect.
More recently, his wife Bella introduced him to the world of horses, opening his eyes to the incredible therapeutic impact of equine connection. Now serving as an assistant in the equine training program at Saddle and Sea Foundation, he’s excited to combine two powerful healing forces—ocean and equine therapy—to support his fellow first responders.
