PROGRAMS
Our Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL) program is a structured, trauma-informed approach designed to support emotional wellness, leadership growth, and self-awareness in first responders, military personnel, and veterans. Built on the principles of experiential learning and relationship-based horsemanship, our program is divided into three interwoven components: Unmounted Groundwork, Mounted Skills, and Adventure-Based Challenges.
Each activity is paired with guided reflection, peer discussion, and journaling to integrate physical experience with emotional growth. Our program facilitators include experienced watermen and women, trauma-informed instructors, and mental health professionals who guide participants with empathy and respect.
