Unmounted Groundwork: Building Connection and Self-Awareness
The foundation of EAL begins on the ground. In these unmounted sessions, participants engage in purposeful interactions with horses that mirror communication patterns, emotional states, and leadership tendencies. Activities may include leading, grooming, round pen work, herd observation, and liberty exercises.
Horses serve as honest mirrors, offering real-time feedback that fosters self-reflection, empathy, and authentic connection.
